Return & Exchanges

  • We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If your purchase does not work out for any reason, you may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be unwashed and unworn with original tags. All returns of domestic orders are pre-payed. Returns will be refunded back to the original form of payment.   • All products that is final sale are not eligible to return for a refund or exchange.
  • Contact our support team HERE to initate a Return or Exchange.
  • All orders do have a 12-hour cancellation window post-order submission. After 12 hours, your order cannot be canceled or modified in any way. If you are having trouble canceling your order please submit HERE to our Support Team.
  • If your product arrives damaged or incorrect in any way, please contact our support team HERE and we will help you solve that issue.

Shipping & Payment

  • Since Gymsoul is based in Sweden, any order that is being shipped outside of Sweden may be subject to customs fees/taxes based on the retail value of all products or the weight of the package. These fees are not determined by us, are beyond our control, and are the responsibility of the package receiver. Many countries don't require you to pay any additional customs fees. If you don’t know the exact amount that you may need to pay, we recommend that you contacting your local customs office or the carrier company delivering your package.

It depends on where you live. Shipping is always free when you purchase over the order value of 1000 Sek. All orders will be calculated at the checkout.

  • We fulfill all orders in 1-2 days.
    Once your order is packed, it will be picked up by the shipping carrier and you will receive an additional email with your tracking number. Sweden orders take 1-3 buisness days for delivery.

  • We accept all major credit cards and Klarna.
  • We ship to all EU countries, including US, Australia and Norway.
  • We use all local carrier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
